Ayomi Yoshida

Japanese , 1958 -

Ayomi Yoshida is the third generation of female Japanese artists in her family. She is known predominantly for her contributions to the field of woodblock printing as well as installations of entire on-site room installations of woodchips in galleries and museums across America and Japan. After studying art at Wako University in Japan, Ayomi started making prints--primarily screenprints and ultimately woodblock prints.
