Toyin Odutola is an emerging artist, born in 1985 in Ife, Nigeria and raised in Alabama. Odutola is best known for her portraits done in pen and ink with subtle variations of color. She completed her MFA at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco, California in the spring of 2012. Her work has been collected by the National Museum of African Art and the Honolulu Museum of Art. Her work has been featured in Beautiful/Decay, ARTNews, ARTFORUM International and Juxtapoz Magazine.
