Richard Woods formally trained as a sculptor at the Slade School of Fine Arts. His works play with surfaces of all types, juxtaposing graphic interventions onto the surfaces we encounter in our daily lives. Works by Richard Woods are held in major collections including the Saatchi Collection, Arts Council England, and the British Museum.
