Richard Ziemann

American (born 1932)

Richard Ziemann was born in Buffalo, New York in 1932. He attended Albright Art School in 1954 and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (1956) and a Master of Fine Arts degree (1958) from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

Ziemann has received numerous grants and awards, including the Boston Art Festival Grand Prize in 1958, a Tiffany Foundation Grant in 1960 and 1961 and the George N. Shuster Faculty Fellowship Fund Grant in 1968.
