Harry Lewis Bailey

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Bailey studied at the St. Louis School of Fine Arts. Known as an etcher, illustrator and painter, Bailey later relocated to California where he was a member of the California Arts Club, the Printmakers Society and the California Society of Etchers.
