Jockum Nordström

Surrealist collage artist Jockum Nordström began working in the print medium with his first etchings in January, 2008. He referred to the etching process as a "new way of seeing." Nordström's work is often compared to outsider and folk art. The images in his pictures are flat and unanchored -- body parts, giant bugs, and headless figures casually drift through the picture plane.
