The edition [100] was sold out by February 21, 1931. The Chanin Building, designed by Sloan and Robertson, is seen in the distance and stands on the corner of Forty-second Street and Lexington Avenue.  The church steeple is St. Gabriel's which was demolished in 1939 to make way for the Midtown Tunnel.
