Fine impression, colour and condition, unobtrusive binding holes on the right.
All the prints in this series depict heroes of the Imperial Army in the battle of the Minato River (1336), between the Ashikaga clan and the Imperial forces. In this print Yamamoto Kansuke is portrayed wounded to death, grasping his spear and a severed head.
