Roland Fischer lives and works between Beijing and Munich, and is very often traveling the globe to photograph his remarkable Facades. Recently named one of Germany’s top ten photographers by Photo Technik International, Fischer has earned a reputation as a key figure in contemporary German art. His work is exhibited worldwide and has been presented in solo museum exhibitions, including a major retrospective at the Saarlandmuseum, Saarbruecken, Palais des Beaux Arts de Lille, France; Galeria Presenca, O Porto, Portugal.
