Armand Coussens

French , 1881 - 1935

Coussens was a talented and prolific color etcher. He combined the techniques of drypoint and soft-ground etching for interesting and delicate results. He often depicted cityscapes or rural landscapes. Now examples of his etchings as well as his paintings can be found in major collections internationally.
