Sarah Woodfine (born 1968 in Poole, England) studied at Winchester School of Art (1987-88), Liverpool School of Art (1988-1991) and the Royal Academy Schools, London (1992-1995).

Awards, Residencies and Projects: Artangel Nights of London Interactive Project 2006; The Nelson Touch Collaboration between Aspex Gallery and The Maritime Museum, Portsmouth 2005. In 2002 she was Drawing Artist in Residence at Middlesbrough Art Gallery.
In 2004 Sarah Woodfine was awarded the prestigious Jerwood Drawing Prize.
Her work is in a number of collections including the Victoria & Albert Museum, London;
Middlesbrough Art Gallery; Ha Gamle Prestegard, Norway; and private collections in England, U.S.A, Norway, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Hawaii and Spain.
