Domenico del Barbiere
Domenico was a sculptor and engraver working during the Renaissance. His work shows the influence of Mannerism in his forms and compositions, and demonstrates his relationship with Primaticcio and other artists of the Fountainbleau School. Though he lived out most of his adult life in France, he maintained close ties to Italy, especially through his artistic sources. He even received a mention in Giorgio Vasari's Lives of Artists.
