Painter, printmaker and sculptor, Kathleen Rabel was born and trained in Seattle. She has exhibited and been collected internationally in France, England, Italy, Japan, Portugal and Canada.
Since 1975, Rabel has been part of the faculty at Cornish College of the Arts. Her work reveals her interest in paper as a key ingredient in much of her art. In Rabel’s sculpture and print compositions, there is evidence of the influence of the wrought iron work she experienced in Portugal.
